This is a Lawson window with metal part of balance measuring 36" with a width of 1/2". Number looks like 3520 BSI. Looks like an S380 or S385? How do I determine whether it is a 380 or 385... I'm a bit confused as to what measurement on the foot determines which one it is. Thanks. ... (cont.)

The metal channel is 13 5/8 inch long metal only. Balancer entire length is 15 inches with the two plastic clips at each end. Balancer channel width is 1/2 inches. I am looking for 4 balancers.

Hi: The above pictures with measurement between the mounting holes ( 3.75") is needed to repair as it broke for this Traco piece installed in 1993. Can you assist with appropriate replacement for the internal lock apparatus. Pls advise and thank you. WW

On one side there is the number 28C USB but the spring is connected to a pin hole shorter than on the other track that as no number in it ( see photo attached with side by side pics ) . The metal Channel is 29 ? long and it's for 51 inch windows , I have 7 windows that I need to fix . ... (cont.)

I've searched everywhere and cannot find an exact replacement. The closest one I can find has a C tab instead of an enclosed circle tab for the secure t screw to go into, if that makes sense. It's a 1 1/8" wheel. I've found another one similar to my design but with only a 1" wheel.It's 2 5/16" long ... (cont.)

These rollers swing and slide out of the base attached to the bottom of door. Basically like an insert. Is just this part available?

Our window will not open in to clean it. Just bought the house and don't know the name of window nor do we see any markings on the part uploaded. The part is mostly plastic with a little piece of metal on it.
