Hello, here are new, clearer pictures of the sash guides I need. I hope this works.

The identifying marks on this are: 519 J53 7 89 Another identifier is 11600A-3

The button itself measures one and a half inches long by 15/16 wide. The inner oval where the latch fits into the top of the windowsill appears to be 5/8 inches wide and maybe only 1/2 inch in depth.
