My name is Sandra M. Holmes. We just bought a new house. The window latches fall out on every window. I can't find them anywhere and was hoping you might have them. I need 16 of each left and right hand. Please let me know if you have them and how much they will be. Thank you.

Not sure if Pella door. Seeking lock only. Uses 2 point and a tubular lazy tail cylinder. Not a european style profile cylinder. Is this a P1000? No other identifying number other than etching on glass. Slider bar has a "GU" stamp. Thank you

I had the first lock for twenty years before it broke they sent me a new one and it didn't even last 6 months. I could use some help. I think it's 82-211. if you could I'd it with out me taking it back out. If not no big deal. I'll do it if needed. Thank you have a good day.

This is the NAMI 201373. It appears to be a lock on your forum however the measurements provided seem slightly different.

The manufacturer is SilverLine Windows. I am wondering if you have these parts?

I'm wondering about the new 39-025 arm link, it doesn't have the half moon cut out in the metal, it's solid. Will that interfere with the window closing? Sorry I'm a novice with repairs

Will Flush Mount Patio Door Handle Set, 6-3/8" 82-076 work to replace the image in the photos? Is it the correct justification? Please let me know. I measured the hole placements and they are, in fact, 6-3/8" separation between them.

The stamp number on the part is 25-4 but I'm having trouble finding the correct end that catches the window can you help Thanks Dave

We have two of these doors, both latches need replacing. Tried hardware from Lowe's, doesn't fit. Absolutely no markings or numbers that I can find. Any idea?ThanksT.T.
