Window is a PGT 8100-SH Series. It uses a #2965 DX channel balance. The channel balance measures 30" long. The sash weighs 37.2 pounds. Window is a non tilt that measures 22 3/8" high x 41 7/8" wide and weighs approx 12lbs. The spiral tube measures at 21" and is 9/16"(5/8). Has a foot bracket like your #32. Would this require the red or the blue spiral balance for proper lift!Thank you Dan

The nylon blind nut for the adjustment screw is stripped and I'm not sure if it can accommodate a larger screw since it is very brittle. Can I replace this part? If not, what are my options? Will an 84-074 fit in the same cavity as my current assembly? Thanks in advance, Robert.

This has an offset main linkage off gear, holes for mounting are not critical but would be nice, so as not to retap screw holes.
