Need two window balances and the metals clips that go with them. Not certain which I should get. The window slides up and down. To get the window out I would open the clips, slode the window open, and I could shimmy it out.

I have a Nami 201373 patio door. When I bought the door it didn't have the lock strike plate. Is this something that you may have?

Our window is not closing properly because the metal arm that attaches to the underside of the window frame is bent. The arm is attached by 3 screws. 2 of the screws are still attached to the window frame but the 3rd screw appears to be gone/sheared. Not sure how me managed to bend the metal arm ... (cont.)
