I am trying to find replacement partaking for the plastic piece that is cracked in the picture. The spring works fine but the window no longer closes correctly .

Hello, I received the item 39-011 to replaced my damage crank operator on my awning window, but I forgot to buy the screw that conects the crank to the awning mecanism. Which is the pad head or screw that I need for that? Thank you Andrea

Looking to find the right info to order the awning crank for this Marvin Window which is approximately 17 inch wind by 13 inches tall. Broken

Need replacement for Silver/gray painted handle. Marked as WIPI.

I need to get a replacement dual arm operator. Seems to be K/K manufacturer. The distance between screws is 4 7/16 inches. The small arm is 3 15/16 inches. The large arm is about 10 inches. The small arm has a number 20810. Can you advise which replacement part to get. Thanks Albert ... (cont.)

What is the correct pivot bar for the S140-10 Balance? The one I have doesn't seem to rotate the breaking system correctly. The one I ordered is just a hair to big to fit.

I believe that the S795-30 is the correct channel balance that I need. The only difference that I see it the top. I have a hook on mine. The only marking that I see on the bar is a 30B. Is there a different channel that I need? I do not know the manufacture of the window. Thanks Steve ... (cont.)

These windows are at least 40 years old. The attachment point to the wire bar on the window has a hollow tube or sleeve attached to the arm that is wrapped around the bar, likely slid in at one end while separated then the bar is attached to the window.
