I need the latch for Uniframe windows , 1 5/8 x 5/8

Hoping to get some help on finding the correct replacement part for this mortise lock for my sliding glass door. There are no markings/part numbers etched on the lock, so difficult to confirm. Thanks!

No identifiable markings on windows. All latches are brittle, some are missing. 7 windows need parts replaced.

The crank handle operator whatever you want to call it needs to be replaced. The part falls apart and has stripped threads. It says Roto on it. Just trying to find the right replacement part at a reasonable cost.

Hello, I can't seem to figure out which of your balancers would work. The length of the balancer is 28 1/16 without the plastic parts. Do you have one that would work? Regards, James
