Hi I am missing the striker plate for this Milgard slider door lock. Can you help me with a part number?

i have a 30 inch channel balance, bottom width 9/16, depth is 5/8, marking is 29 4, but the 2 is barely visible, with letters BSI. Both the top and bottom guides have wings, bottom guide is 1 and 1/16 wide on its side, 7/8 wide on pulley side. This is brown. The top guide is 5/8 on its side and 7/8 ... (cont.)

I need a replacement for this handle. The door is discontinued. Serial number 306431 "Forever view" 'emco

Works out except just before closing. Numbers visable in photo. Removal looks hard, no need as in movie, but wood on top looks glued along length.

I have replaced several of my Window channel balances previously but when I ordered my most recent one it had a squared off end vs the tapered channel that is currently installed in windows. If one side is tapered, install is still easy but when both sides are squared off you have to force it toget ... (cont.)

The channel length is 29.9". This is for a single hung, non-tilt window 46" wide by 62" high. The stamped identifiers read: 29.9 OA BSI.Thanks for any assistance you can offer.

Hello, I think I need two new crank handles and two latches for our casement windows. Unfortunately, I cannot find any markings but the windows are probably 30 years old. Would the 11/32" crank handle and Snap-on Lever Handle and Cover be appropriate? Thank you.

I ordered replacement parts (S600-30). They came and are just a little bigger around than the original part they work but my decorative plastic does not fit on the new part; tool.works great. I have attached a picture of the original part. Did I order the wrong part or are the replacement parts just ... (cont.)

Need a right and left side window balance

Have a window (PEGUIN) that the latches don't stay engaged. So the window doesn't close all the way to be able to lock it. Do you have any replacement pieces for this? The latches are located on the right and left sides of the windows.
