The black plastic part on another window that is not easy to access for pictures is broken. The part connects the hinge to the window. We are also missing a screw. Looking at your part #81-156 and it aligns to all my roller's measurements except for the diameter of the concave wheels. Mine measure 1 1/2" across the face of the wheel. Dear experts, I wanted to replace the balance shoes and the coils because they feel loose and heavy. I found "Certainteed" on the coil cover in picture 3.
