Hello, we are looking for the correct part for our sliding glass door. We have attached pictures of our dual roller assembly and want to confirm an order for the right part before we buy.

3 parts I'm looking for. corner keys, tilt keys (corner key with protrusion to keep window in the track at the top) and a sliding latch. I think I can probably find something close enough online for the first two (although I might have to file them down to fit) but the sliding latch is going to be m ... (cont.)

We don't know what kind of windows we have but we are looking for replacements for the cranks. 3/8 is too big but I'm not sure what the right size is. Here are some photos. That crank in the photo works great but it's the only one.

I need cover as well.

I broke the stud on my casement window hinge set. Niether the window or hardware have any manufacturer info but the slider rail has a part number 358-1L. Do you sell that part.

my doube hung window's plastic cover on the balance crcked and fell off. Some plastic tilt latch also broke. There's no brand on the window. Can you tell me if you carry these parts? Thanks. Sam
