I've been trying to find a window crank so I can fully close my windows. Unfortunately, I don't see any part numbers, and the part I ordered from Amazon, is not the correct fit. Please help? Thanks!

Can this part be fixed or replaced without breaking the seal on the window?

I appear to have a Prism Window, as identified on the window lock. The left hand side of the window balance is stuck in the groove and separated from the post connected on the window. Hi, I have a wheel assembly (picture 2) but need the bracket to slide it onto the door as shown in the first picture.

I need the balances and the guides for my Kinco windows. The balances have the following numbers/letters 34 4 NM BSI. I could not find any identifying marks on the guides.
