We're adjusting our spiral balances and replacing the pivot shoes on our 25 year old tilt in windows. I don't know the brand name of the windows. There's a plastic casing that snaps on to cover that spiral balance area of the window frame. It's so old and brittle, when we try to remove these covers ... (cont.)

Hi, I am trying to replace just the tilt shoes of my channel balance springs for my residential windows. The channel balance spring is stamped with BSI 30B. Hello, this is the roller I want to replace. It seems like the axle or ball bearing is worn so there is too much play and the door sags and sticks on this end. The other roller is in better shape but of course I'll replace both. It looks like your weather-tight roller might fit. Thanks for your help ... (cont.)
