I believe these are off an anderson silver line 1200 series replacement window. This is the piece that inserts into the counterweight on the upper window.

Windows were installed 2013 and the weatherstripping on the bottom panes has shrunk in length. It's attached by sliding it into a "T" channel in the aluminum frame.
