single hung window stamped 27B METAL CHANNEL 28 INCESTHANKSGREG

My tilt windows tension tubes are 3/8 plastic not metal. can you still provide replacements. The plastic are still working OK but the plastic is cracking exposing the spring inside. The tension tubes are plastic 7/16" dia. And the tube is 30 " long with a white tip. the sash is 14 lbs. Looks like ... (cont.)

HelloThis part is very fragile and over time it cracks. screen fits in to grove then clips slide over to hold screen body in place. The hexagonal piece is about 1/8 inchand slides sideways to hold screen body in place. Do you have product or have suggested replacement?Thank you John ... (cont.)

Arm measures at 9". The rail on the lower half of the window casement is 9 1/2"

This looks like the correct tandem roller with the exception the wheels on my existing rollers are 1 1/2" inch diameter.

This is a swivel lock on a "alcoa?" slider window. It snapped off its base which screws to the window. TY.

Have a Marvin Window Awning style window in the Ultimate model that is approximately two years old. It had a broken window which was fixed, however, Pivot Slide Shoe was lost. Need replacement. I believe it is a bronze (dark brown) color.
