i have a stripped hand crank for a casement window. s swear it says "TRUTH" on the 9 inch handle. one difference i noticed is that there are no screws on the inside of the window to hold the crank in place, it is screwed in from outside toward the room. there photos look very similar but not perfe ... Although you are currently out of stock, item S-795-33 with option "3F" which per your website can hold a sash weigh of 34-37 #s. Can these S-795-33 be made up to hold a sash of 40 #s? My windows are triple glaze "Argon" filled. I need 20 Channel Balance

Sash weight is 40 pounds. I believe my window balances are hybrid, but there is no information printed on any of them. Brand new window will not stay open , has double coil 6/7 shoe balance . is there any adjustment or will new springs fix issue?

Original stud bracket is 4-1/2 inches long and it connects opposite (top) of the 39-548.Tried 39-548 its too short and goes on opposite (bottom) of the original. need suggestion of a stud bracket.
