I need balances and clutches for my windows. Can you help?

Do you carry this part in your inventory? I thought I saw something similar to this until I noticed the piece which locks to the window.

Please help me find the correct part to replace my broken balance with. I measured the metal part of the balance and it measures 26 inches. Also, the bottom "shoe, or guide" measures 1 inch and 1/16th from the inner part of the tab. If I go from the outer part of the tab...I get 1 inch and 1/8th. Iv ... (cont.)

I have vinyl tilt windows that were installed before I bought my house. Some of them don't work very well, and seem to require some parts replaced. My Tilt Latch screws into top of frame. One screw on each end. Do you have these or any suggestions. T have 5 windows and need 5 sets . Jack Dillard
