I need help identifying the rollors used in my sliding glass patio door, also can I buy the extruded aluminum pieces to a door frame? I have a busted window sash. I have attached photos and would like to know if you have this sash! I need two of them. It is one inch from front to back and and just under a inch from side to side 29/32!

After receiving the new handles I tried putting them on the mechanism they fit on the stem ok buy at the base of my handle there was a gap about 1/8 or so . I tried the new handle to open and close the window and worked ok but the handle seemed loose and shakey . Should I have Used a rubber mall ... (cont.)

I need the 795 balance channel, my channel is 28". But I need the 15-194 t-lock balance shoe closed cam. I also need the 15-198 balance clip attachment added onto the top of the channel.
