Looking for replacement balances for the photographed balance. There is a hook at the end instead of a straight clip. Balance is 35" long.

I ordered 2 new parts, 39-187 & 39-188. The parts I received have the #30866 stamped on the upper arm which appears to be just a tad longer than the original part. Do you have a part with a shorter upper arm?

Unfortunately I can find no labels or other identification on my home windows (replaced before I entered the home) and as you can see the window latches are disintegrating. Any assistance in finding a match would be great!Thanks for your help,Gregg

Don't know the manufacturer since the windows are still original with the house and we were the 2nd owner (13 year old house). On 3 of my windows the balance channel broke on both sides. I am doing research for our 410 unit condo which seems to have Jeld-Wen V2500 & Simonton 5500 with integral fin window. These were all installed between 1990 and 2000. I am hoping your carry a universal balance for both or either of these units.
