Hello I have block and tackle window balance. Need to identify replacement for them and also the sash cam. The Sash cam is 5/8 top and is 2-1/2" long. Balance has stamped on it 24 c.

Recently bought home with a window missing crank and cover. Neighboring room has similar window with existing crank and cover.
