Left toilet spring balance the cartridge looks like it is in tact the spring is broken a few inches from the upper sash holder which has 2 prongs that held the spring which has 2 holes. On it looks like an 8 K so I assume 8 lb I don't see and 8 kg then I'd assume it would have been 17lb. The wi dow ... (cont.)

I bought these windows from Home Depot. The top latches do not slide in. It appears they are pushed in from the top to replace not by sliding the from the side. Can you help me find the right latches for my window ?
