I need new channel balances. the length of the metal is 30" and the width is 1/2". The marking reads 29 3 B.S.I 0L The window weight is about 20 lbs Window is non-tilt On the shopping section, it looks like either an S380 or S385 but I can't tell the difference

Realized I could take the metal piece out. See pictures Part is 2 1/2" long. First hole is 1 3/8" from working end. Second hole is 2 9/16" from the end. It's 5/16" wide and 3/16" tall.

I found the metal tabs that protrude from the sides of the windows are rusted away. I need the metal tabs to replace them and the blocks that they go into in the window frame. Thanks

These windows are probably 40 years old or older. They are wooden and have been unable to find any markings that indicate the brand. I would appreciate any help that you could give me.

I don't have a photo but if you look up Brixwell 900-17797 sliding window roller it will show a picture with dimensions. I would rather deal with Swisco than someone else.

The channel balance in my 2008 Pella vinyl replacement window came apart. I was able to easily remove the 28B channel, but the T-lock shoe remains in the side channel of the window frame.
