Hello, I have two different channel balances where the metal channel of each are not whole numbers. One balance is 17-1/2" and the other is 21-1/2". Please let me know if this needs to be custom or if additional information is needed.

To whom it concerns, I am trying to identify some glazing vinyl that we need to reglaze a customers window and I am not finding anything. Would Swisco have anything that could work for this application. Thank you for your help

The handle is stripped out on this unit and I need to replace it. The inside of handle is stamped "OP05-1509

33.5x16" window. Single coil on each side. 1" opening where coil balance is. I cannot find any markings on the existing coil or any brand/description. The window will not stay open, as it appears that the coil snapped. Any help is appreciated!

Hello, I have a customer whose header has sagged causing the screen door to bind. The added tension has caused extra wear and damage on most parts of the handle/latch assembly.
