hard to open or shut

back in 2015 i ordered a pair of S380-24 with a 2350 option. size is great, but i guessed on the option. the window is hard to open or close. i want to order another pair what option should i get. i dont have the originals anymore. thanks, greg

replace window balancer

attached photos provide all that I know, windows might be Pella and are from 1984-ish. They are double pane, aluminum single hung and non-tilt.
