Hi, please help identify a replacement. There are no part markings on the handle at all. There is something on the window, thought.

I need to replace an operator. It would be the opposite side of the one shown. I am not sure the length of arm I need. ThanksJoe

the T shaped 1/2 inch gray part I believe is called a balance shoe. The white slider button releases the window to tilt for cleaning. There is one on the right and one on the left. I would need some of each. My Millard windows were installed in 2008.

I need to find a replacement storm door handle for a door that is 1.5 inches thick. The screws are 1 3/4"apart and set back from the door edge by approximately 13/8" - 1 1/2".. Do you have anything that could fit?

15" 5/8 is the length.

Length is 29 5/8". Stamp is 29 4. Stamp also indicates BSI. I believe your S380 is the correct model. The bottom fitting is 1" depth; ergo the S380. The handle broke on our patio door and we haven't been able to find a replacement that fits and matches. I don't know the manufacturer of the door. It was installed by Minnesota Rusco in 2002.
