One of the balance springs failed on a Milgard window. 12 inches long Number on metal: 11 2 FP Caldwell

Pella sliding patio doors; sliding portions slide towards each other and lock. fixed panels attached to sliding on each end; four panels in all. Number above from the edge between the 2 glass panels. Rollers appear worn out and door jumps track.Would like to order new rollers.

I'm seeking a handle that matches the one in the images that I have provided.

What balance do you suggest

Hi Swisco, I need replacement balancers for two windows. The numbers on one of the balancers are 22E 0FBSI. Windows are identical and are 46x47 with a raised height of 22.5 inch. Please see photo above.Please advise. Thanks!Jane

The string in one of our Milgard Window balancer broke and I need to replace the balancer. The balancer is 28 1/4 inches long overall; it is 27 inches long when measuring just the metal frame; it is 9/16 wide; Im not sure how to describe the plastic feet on either end of the balancer but I did inc ...
