When opening upper sash of window to clean,these broke off the bottom of window now it won't stay up.

Purchased this door from HD 36x80 but my frame has no top track. The door I purchased is 3/4" thick at the top by the wheels and I see this track says it's 3/4" thick from end to end, so a little smaller in the inside. My door does come with some top guides to install in case it does not fit. Curiou ... (cont.)

I have tried switching the front and back door to see if it was the rollers that weren't working, but both doors stick when sliding across the front track only. So I'm guessing that the track is bent. I think the guy installing our carpet might have put the track back on wrong. The track is 72" lo ... (cont.)

I have a four windows in which the sash keeps falling...... The hinge piece is nominally 5/8 in by 1 1/4.....(length is 1 7/8 in).......it's a fairly tight fit in the track .......
