I can't find a replacement for my broken pivot. The photo is a label on the side of the window frame.

My bottom lock has stopped working. It's locked in place and was trying to find a replacement. It's a multi point mortise lock and the screw holes were 9?" apart. I ordered item 82-239 but it doesn't fit my door slot. Any help with a part number would be helpful or a line to chat. Thank you. ... (cont.)

I do not have a part number, but I have uploaded a few photos. If you zoom in, you will see that the piece in the middle that the latch attaches to is cracked. There is also a screw missing. I also need 2 more screws that are missing from the bottom piece in photo 4237.

Buy handle with lock and key for 1992 aluminum sliding glass patio door. If not I need a key made.

Our new house has one patio door missing what you call the keeper. The doors are MI brand snd a picture from another door of the missing part is attached. Thanks for your help. Mark

guessing 1960's era single pane raw aluminum door

The photos of the bracket I have attached has rusted and the pin rusted from the arm which makes it not able to attach the operator arm to the bottom of the window. I purchased a new operator, window crank and operating arm. Can you advise on which bracket I need to replace the rusted one.Thanks, ... (cont.)

its the locking piece on the side for double hung tilt window. it hold the arm in place

Hi, My shower door sweep with drip rail 23.25 inches needs replaced. I removed the two screws and the driprail remains permantly attached. Are there any additional screws that need to be removed? When the 24 inch Swisco shower sweep arrives, how do you relace the old one ? My original shower ... (cont.)

Can you please identify the part number needed to replace what's in the picture. This is the right side tilt latch.

Also need new take out clip. Can I replace one side, or should I do both? Lenghth is 26 1/16 inches.
