This is for an older sears vinyl patio door slider. It is a white plastic clip with the holes one inch on center and and four inch total length.

Please help me identify this part. I need 10 or so of thembalances have 2430 stamped on them

They measure 31 inches long, 9/16 wide and the windows weigh 21.6 lbs. The shoe is 1.5 inches long. The balance stamp is 304 BSI 64 JL. Looking to purchace at least 3 replacements.
