I need to replace the handle assembly. The white handle assembly just came off.

Appreciate any help with identifying these parts. I would like to replace 8 of these now and I still have to verify several other windows. Pre 1998 installation . Probably after Hurricane Andrew. 1993 maybe. Block and Tackle window balance.

Hi, I have some large sashes that require a 34" spiral balance. I weighed the sashes and they were over 28lbs. I realize that puts them in the red category, but will black tipped balance last longer because they're rated for a higher weight? I'd rather spend the extra $4+ per window to have them la ... Has anyone calculated the compression of a corner spring. I mean, how much will the corner spring compress before it goes to solid. I guess it might be more accurate to ask, how much should I allow for the spring when fabricating a new screen frame. For example; My measurement from extreme inside to ... (cont.)

This is an older handle with a latch type lock. I could not find any brand name or part number on it. Measurement of the handle from top to bottom is about 9.5 inches. The latch moves in various positions using the lever. It's currently mounted on the door, but the keeper is missing, so i am unable ... (cont.)

Need both the correct sized latch for our door opening (photos with measurement attached) as well as the new handle itself. Standard sized replacements don't fot.

I would like to replace all handles and locks if I knew which handle to buy. Also, I would very much like to replace one of the Handle/locks with one that is keyed on the outside if at all possible.
