Wood windows with vinyl tracks. Inside the track this balancer is snapped into the tracks on the upper sash. The T tab sits at the bottom of the lower sash and spring stretches as sash lowers.

Original part # 640008R 6400010L 6/10 8/10 Need tool for top area as well to get window to position. Approx. 25 sets needed.Do you have or have these parts?

We'd like to replace the sliding glass door handle on our lanaii doors. The doors were from the 4780 series manufactured in 2010. We have 3 - 48" panels that are 8 ft high. The handle is white. I would greatly appreciate your help with this matter! Thank you- Sandy

Hi, Can you tell me how to remove this broken but stuck balance? It popped upward toward the top of the frame. I tried to pulled it down but it will only go so far. I tried to pull it up and out but it's caught. I cannot get the window out. Thank you, Robert

I cannot find these parts. There are no markings on the windows to identify who made them. The crank assembly is falling apart and the operating arms are stiff. I'm afraid the next time I use it will be the last time. The window frame width is 16" and the bottom track is 12".
