MW vinyl tilt-in double-hung unit Balance is broken on lower sash left hand side. Connection at top broken off at the top and still stuck in the window side frame - appears to just snap in??

The housing connection to the frame seems to be "hidden" by a plastic door/latch. Seems like the sash cord has some lose?

may be an Anderson window. window has metal handles on the inner sash in front of the glass that get squeezed together to assist with lift and hold the window at the level chosen by releasing the handles can send more pictures if needed.

have a hevy door and have purchased several hndles. They keep cracking. Do you have a heaver handle available? It's the inside frame that breaks.ThanksJames

This flexible vinyl strip seals the top of the screen insert to the frame. It is easily removable but has stiffened and cracked over the years. The Joffee window models that use this strip are 3160 and 3150.

The place was built in 1988 and the windows were probably from that time. I'm having trouble closing the window completely. I think the issue is with the crank.

We just installed this lock (82-081) about a week or so ago to our patio sliding door however once installed we were unable to use the interior lock mechanisms unless the key was engaged in the lock as well.
