Handle broke on the outside. Door is roughly 8 years old, purchased from Lowe's. I am not positive of teh brand, maybe BetterBilt? I purchased a new catch from Swisco for this door in the past, that part number was 82-249 if that helps.

It is a double roller door and the roller set into the frame with a screw on each end of the roller. The roller track has fallen over to one side so hoping the 6' roller track will cover it and correct the problem with the old track. Both of the locks on my casement winds are broken in the locked position. I have to figure out how to unlock them to get the window open to replace the locks,any words of advice??
