Hi --- I bought a 25 year old house. The windows are in good shape with the exception that the casement hardware is not working -- I can open the window but not close them. On the coil spring is #5.5 and 35". The window is a 26" x 21" and weighs 15 pounds. I need replacement please

Good afternoon, Not sure how many coils for this window. About 21 years old, vinyl replacements. No markings found on either top or lower piece or the spring. I would guess single coil. Spring width is 0.5 inches, lock / lowner end has a 'T' and a round 3/16" hole about a half up the coil. Would ... (cont.)

Has stamps as seen In attached pics Truth entry guard one looks like it's 30842R for right side? L30841 for left? Also had the numbers 20810 stamped on it. Need five sets of left and right replacements please advise.

The two attached photos show the current issue I have with my screen/storm door. One photo shows the plastic storm door insert clip in place. I found the crank the only difference is my arm is 4.50" not 5" the screw locations match @ 5"

I'm trying to identify replacement pivots for this door. I did not find any markings of door manufacturer unfortunately. It seems the bottom pivot is either missing a part (maybe disintegrated), or was installed in a strange manner. Thank you for you help

This is Truth Hardware. Arms are just over 16" and have number 30896. They attach to a part number 45142, shown in picture W 2, that has 5 screw holes. It fits through an opening that is 4 5/8". The hinges click onto a part that is 3 "long--picture 3.

can we identify this sliding door roller wheel

The bottom has the little pulley also. 23-5 GQ5 CMC 1 is printed on the channel. The channel is 24" without the end caps. I just need 1 as the window is only about 6 months old with bear damage.
