Hi, I bought and installed an 82-055 handle from Swisco in January 2021. The wooden handle worked itself loose so I took the handle off the door to tighten the screws. In doing so the spring strip flew out and I'm not sure how to reassemble the handles and lock with that spring. Do you have inst ... (cont.)

I do not know the manufacturer of this tilt double hung window. I need to replace the balance for the lower sash. It is aluminum and stamped 3111. The channel is 38" long and 1/2 " wide.

Part #2930 stamped on housing.

My home has many wooden double hung windows. The manufacturer is unknown (there are no markings that can be found on the sashes or liners). Tube length is 28", width is 1/2, marking show 27 5 B.S.I PV

Markings on longer one - 2730 HB then the letters B.S.I smaller one - 1530 EG then the letters B.S.I I would need both the left and right guides for each window. I don't know if the part that the guide attaches to is there/or intact. Thank you!

Will the 40-049swisco lockset replace MTS 323 lockset

The nylon window locks have gotten tired and are breaking. Some of the corner angles that have a tab to hold the lock in place and other corner angles at the upper part of frame that hold the window in track are worn and broken as well. On the coil spring is #5.5 and 35". The window is a 26" x 21" and weighs 15 pounds. I need replacement please

Good afternoon, Not sure how many coils for this window. About 21 years old, vinyl replacements. No markings found on either top or lower piece or the spring. I would guess single coil.
