I am trying to find a replacement sliding glass door roller. The original part was from CR Laurence #D1771. The attached picture shows the pertinent measurements. The tie bar is 23 inches long. It has the name Truth with this number etched in 31401 A.

When trying to fully close the window, I am not able to do so. The handle inside just "slides" and the window is partially ajar; I can hear some clicking sound. This balance assembly came from my Silverline vinyl, double-hung, tilt sash windows that were installed in 1989. Where can I find replacement parts for these?

My channel balance is 19" long and 5/8" wide measured metal only. The stamp reads 18-2 LE5 CMC 75 . The plastic ends are winged and about 15/16" wide.

Hi, I bought and installed an 82-055 handle from Swisco in January 2021. The wooden handle worked itself loose so I took the handle off the door to tighten the screws. I do not know the manufacturer of this tilt double hung window. I need to replace the balance for the lower sash. It is aluminum and stamped 3111. The channel is 38" long and 1/2 " wide.
