I think the arm won't stay secure because the plastic guides are broken? I also need new cranks bc the old ones are stripped. Can you help me find the right parts?

I have jeld wen windows and the exterior screens have small spring loaded pegs that is in the frame to hold the screen to the window. The pegs have a plastic head to grab on to. Looks like Ailite on top of the handle. The attachment holes are 3 15/16". I has two levers tha turn to attach to the door frame.

This is a sliding glass door. It is currently broken in the closed position so I don't have a picture of the latch uninstalled yet.
