I need window sash balancers for the window I uploaded the tag of.

We have not been able to find this door handle and lock to fit our patio door. The door is 1 inch in thickness and everything we have tried is too wide for the door. This door it's about 20 years old.

Sliding door lock - small plastic piece that moves lever when door is locked and unlocked is broken, I'm pointing to the spot.

We are fairly certain we have a Milgard Sliding door. The locking mechanism needs to be replaced. I have taken photo of locking mechanism and corresponding female attachment. I also included photo of the entire door. Thank you!

Numbers say: 511.243.01.92 697.043.60.00 698.243.59.00 I am assuming these exact hinges are discontinued. However, I have 21 doors and need 54 hinges- most of what we were left are broken. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi have shower door that broke. This part sits on the inside of the shower door corner and holds the corner together. It is 1" by 7/16". There are screw holes on both sides that are 9/16 from corner.

Hello. I have Lincoln sliding glass patio doors. Installed in 1998. Weather stripping doesn't appear to have been done right originally. Need a better replacement weather seals setup. Getting a lot of insects and draft from current setup. Please see attached pictures and advise.
