Looking for "stationary panel interlocks" for Crestline patio doors manufactured between 1987 and 1988 and called" Old Style 115 sliding patio doors". Can you help?

I have a sliding door latch that needs replacement, the screws are 9.5" OC.

Please assist in identifying this

need a pair of these for an oversized patio sliding door. Probably should have taken more photos, let me know if you need more info. The door is cross town at my daughter's house so it would be a couple of days before I can take it apart again.

I just ordered some S390-29 (29" Series 390 Channel Balance). They are correct but I only just noticed that the plastic pieces at the top of the window ("Top Sash Guides"?) which catch the CBs are breaking or broken and must also be replaced.Photos attached of one that is partially broken. I have a window with both pivot points that are broken/shattered into multiple pieces. This is a picture from a sister window. The piece appears to be made out of metal that connects to the spiral ballast and holds/houses a pot metal pivot point. The pot metal is what broke.
