I ordered the 15-195 1-1/4" T-Lock Balance Shoe, Closed Cam previously and it does exactly work, the top will not slide around the pin in the spring. These are patriot windows. Need a replacement tilt latch for the left side of a window. The picture is attached.

These parts are from a 901 series double hung window sash. The length of the pivot pin is 2 3/4" and is currently held in by 1 screw. The sash weighs 20 lbs and there are two coils per side. I can find no window manufacturer identification on a number of identical windows that the hardware failed on. The tilt latches and balance springs look similar to Swisco, but not exact to those currently listed.. Can you please help me identify parts Swisco has that will work? (Pictures attached) ... There is no writing on any of it. From base of window to top of white part is approx 32in. Can clearly see one side complete missing the shoe, and the other side the shoe has a crack at the bottom therefore not supporting anythingPics of it uninstalled. Unable to find right sided shoe ... (cont.)

I am looking for 2 pivot bars. Not sure of the brand. All it says on the top lock is Prism. I sent a pic of the tag that was on the bottom sash.

Hi I purchased the wrong balances for my window and need to exchange for the correct part. The balances I purchased have shoes that are too wide and incorrect clip at top. Please reply with how to proceed. -Scott

Can't find a marking on frame of possible manufacturer. I had to drill out all of the corners. They were dimpled in on the ends of frames. Thank you.

This sliding glass door doesn't seem to have any mfg name. The rollers are 2 wheels per assembly. 4 assemblies per door.
