Hello I have a broken balancer and need a new parts i have included a picture of the part and the sticker on the window.

I have a house full of these windows and one we use daily let go, I need to replace. Can you direct me to what the best part for replacement is? I don't see the "three number" designation on this box your website references.

The latches say Delmar Toronto on them. The crank bracketk says Truth on it and has the number 21550 on it.

It says K K size 15/16 x 7/16

Hi, I need help to identify the exact replacement for the window balancer. it's 1/2 inch channel and stamped 25-5.

I need two left arm and one right arm replacement arms for our crank out casement windows.

While washing my windows, these parts in the frame channel broke. I am having a hard time finding a piece that looks like mine.

Need to replace dual arm operator. Main arm (left) #41012 appox 10". Hinged arm on the side with side bracing is stamped "C". Manufacture date is 7/25/02. I'm coastal, so having no-rust hardware is preferable. I have several other rusty cranks to repair, or replace.

The measurement between the screws on the handle (attaching it to the door) is 4" (or close to that). The screws to the mortise plate are about 9", much larger than most I've seen.
