a 2 1/8 inch, single-hole pivot bar with a 3⁄8-inch tip and 7⁄16-inch screw-hole offset: I uploaded a copy of the sticker that I found on one of the sashes

We purchased the house several years ago but have no idea of the window age. Attached is a photo of the pivot that breaks off.

I have a double hung window (I do not know the brand) where the lower half has broken coils or springs. It is the part that helps lift the window.
