Is this latch receiver, the black part attached to the frame, available?

Attached you'll find the photos of the balancer with details. The last two show the "channel blocker" (a term that I made up). They are fixed at the top of the channel so the channel balancer can push against it to hold the weight of the window. One of such blocker is broken and missing. The othe ... (cont.)

32 5/8" Stamped 32 3 I don't know details of window or when made. Just need 2 balances.

I searched your website and have seen similar pivot pins to these but not the exact ones. The bottom screw hole is appx 1/8" less than what you show for the 3" straight pivot pin. You have others like this with a different "shoe" or pin end. Is there one available that is a better fit? thank you ... (cont.)

Sash balance. 34" in length. Double-hung window. Lower pane tilts in for cleaning. Need to replace sash balance on left side (and probably right side, too). Not sure what kind of part I need. Thanks for the help!

A new handle set you have is 8.5" in hight. the one on my door is 9.5". the screw holes are the same at 3 15/16". does that matter and will the smaller one you have work.

TRUTH Brand with some numbers on back" 45143 or 45333 or 45393" Can't see properly. Also have Patent # 1490-5560082" Can you please find me correct part # for handles please? The plastic which hold tight Handle with Window mechanism is broken so it tripps and do not move window.
