Worn out balancers on double hung Milguard Series 5215 windows. Need to know replacement part(s) and instructions since no obvious way to even remove (or install) part of the channel balancer.

The back of the lock says "pat pend" and "6". I have triple pane, gas filled, unframed windows.

Hi. Looking for parts to replace entire coil balancer system. I have included several pics. One of the sides has broken off so I made a diagram I'm looking for 20 to 30 pieces if you have something that's similar they were originally screens that were sold with American Craftsman windows through Home Depot

The metal part of the balance is 29" long and weighs 19 pounds

This hinge fits inside the door frame, with the rectangular part attached to the fram and the spring part on the outside of the door. When the door is closed, the hinge is at a 90 degree angle, and when opened the hinge is at a 180 degree angle

Windows fall when opened. Need the springs and prices that attach the springs to the sashes for 6 windows.

I went to fold out this window this morning a discovered that the sash (I believe thats what it is called) is broken on the right side of the sliding window itself.
