I have a procraft double hung window where both pivot bars and one of the sash carriers have broken. Curious what part number my pivot bar is (2 1/2 inches total length) and if I can just replace the pivot in the sash carrier.

The window in a rental broke....origial window from NuAir. It is 1/2" wide and 29" long. Thanks for the help.

This home was built in the 1930's. All the windows have these same mechanisms for the windows which are wooden. Only the lower pane moves, the upper pane is fixed. I'm replacing broken parts in several of my double hung vinyl windows. I've managed to replace the pivots bars and tilt latches. However, I need to replace 4 total (2 pairs) of balance shoes. Swisco, The plastic portion of my pivot Shoe is cracked and will not turn in the shoe. So I need to replace it. It doesn't look like any on your website.
