I have double steel access doors that overlap in the center. The bottom plastic sealer got chewed up from use and is now exposed to the elements and would like to replace iy befor the weather time cold!

I am looking for replacements for this window part. It says 590 on it but not sure on the company. i would prefer one with a brake if possible( this does not have it). It's 21/8" long, 1/2" tall, 1 1/4" wide.

I am hoping that you can help me for some replacement parts. As you can see in my first photo, I basically need most of parts replaced especially the bracket in photo #2. On part 81-030, is the 1 1/4 inch dimension in the picture for the outside diameter or inside diameter (bearing surface) of the wheel? If it's the inside diameter it's the part I need. The assembly I need to replace has 1 1/2 inch outside diameter wheels. Thank you!

The channel balancer has a stamp with the number 2740 on it. It is 28 inches long

clip releases window so you can push to one side and remove for cleaning. You have to pull it out to activate the release. Then when done push back flush on window sash frame. two for each window
