Handle is broken, and needs replacement

The Handle just flops down, it won't stay on place, so the door won't latch.

Thank you for the information. The coils you recommended do not have the little hook? The markings on the coil is 6 and 4.

I'm looking for replacement hinge sets for multiple windows. I need the top and bottom hinges. The picture shows the hinges that I am looking for. I haven't been able to identify a source for hinges of the same length. I'm not sure of the window manufacturer as the windows were installed in the home ... (cont.)

The pivot pin is 2 1/2" long. We think it might be part #26-433. I need the pins and the shoe that goes with it. Can you help me figure out what parts I need to order?

This looks like the part I need! How do I get the old one out! it is not fully exposed & recessed inside door? Would I have to cut out wood on both ends to remove screws, insall lock then replace removed wood?

Hi, I have the the single hung window with broken channel balance. The sticker shows series: 6210/6230/6230J/6270 H-R20 - 108*78 H-R25-48x78. And the stamp shows "25-5" with 8.S1pt.
