This balancer has "28C" Stamped on it.

Balcony door/sliding door: I need a plastic part that joins the aluminum that covers the frame.

Hi, In the photo, the small white piece at the top end of the string is the part that is broken and needs replacing. Is it possible to find a replacement for that? Thank you!

I know these are 3/8 diameter. Just not sure on the length. From what I see they are a 17" and 29". Is that correct?

24 INCH balancer stamp A2320

Sliding door appears to have been built in the 80s and does not lock. Would like to replace the locking kit. If possible without having to replace the door.

The part has "30C" stamped on it. It just slid out on its own when I opened the window and then the other side was loose so I pulled it out. One side had a broken string so that was the failure point. I imagine many other windows in the home (it's 25 years old) may fail at some point as well. The wi ... (cont.)

These Springs are 22" Overall X 5/8 Deep X 1/2 Wide They support a 10 lb Window. I would like 6 of them. Thanks Bob
