I am unable to pull the old units out as they are on both sides and seemed to be wedged in there

I got a window replacement from a third party vendor and this piece doesn't match the shoe pivot the one on the frame is a squared u . I have purchased some on Amazon but they are way too thin for my replacement. Can you please help me ?

Wheel assembly from an aluminum sliding patio screen door. I believe the sliding glass panels have same assembly from what I can tell. No markings of manufacturer on any of the doors, however I can say with some certainty the doors are pre-1985.

Roller from a screen door that has been replaced.

Hello, I have 39-40 year old Pella casement windows. Two of them dont want to close once opened. They dont open great but they do operate that all until you go to get the last crank or two to get it to the lock and it dosent want to come all the way back into the lock.

The Andersen #'s on the cranks are 7198-17 and 7191-2. measurements on pics

Need help identifying this. I don't see a comparable part on your site. Perhaps I missed it

The handle is approximately 4 inches long. We can no longer twist it so that it sits in the cradle properly. The screw does not work properly. Do you have replacement screws, as the handle itself seems to be in good condition? Judith

Need help identifying couple of things, black plastic window keeper, missing one. And the other one is a handle for casement window.

Came of a replacement window, tilt lock need some. Photos on your website are hard to see measurements, not very clear.
