Here are photos of my pivot lock shoe. The dimensions are 1.625" tall, 1.25" wide and 0.5" thick. Do you have something similar that will work? I don't know what brand of windows. The windows have spiral window balances.

I am looking for parts for windows in an apartment building. The windows are vinyl, they can open either top to bottom, or bottom to top. I can find no markings. I need 4 sets of the nylon and metal parts shown in photo 20250807. I only need one of the parts in photo 20250812

Need several of these parts that I believe are for 25 year old American Craftsman windows.

here are the pictures of my window. I hope they help. This is a very old house and I have lived here about 40 yrs and this window was here then.There are no numbers, names, or letters on the window operator. It is 25 inches long.

Can't seem to find anywhere on the website

Good morning, I was comparing the 2 different model #s. 84-036 which the plastic mount is 1/2" width. Compare to 84-007 with mount is 3/8" width. My wheel is 1 1/8" diameter and wheel is 1/4" width and concave is 3/16" width, mounting plastic to frame is 1/2". There are no markings on door or ha ... (cont.)

Hope you are well. I have a double hung vinyl window in need of upkeep. I removed the sashes and they each weigh 12.6lbs. I removed the balance and it is one piece of vinyl with an aluminum balance inside. The balance channel measures 33" (h) and 1" (w). This is after I removed the vinyl insert that ... (cont.)

Do you have a door sweep that replaces the attached part in the photo’s. It is 3/4” by 1 1/4” and the width is 35 1/2”. The only markings I can find on the door is on the glass and it says Guardian. The door is on a condo that was built in 1980.

I would like to know if you have a screen frame corner replacement part that is 1x1 inch square with 1/4 inch thick.

These crank operators are old, circa 1965, and need to be replaced. Three have one scew hole at the top and two on the bottom, and two have two screw holes at the top and two on the bottom. Any help appreciated.

Hi, I have (8) spiral balance(s) that measure 31 5/8" and (4) that measure 23 7/16". They all have a red cap at the end. They all had a plastic sleeve which was cracked and.fell apart. I measured the balance tube as instructed. What size should I order?

Need qty (2) window block n tackle window balances. Overall metal channel length 34" and channel width 1/2". No roller at the bottom and only legible markings "3340", "cj" and "BSI(?)" See attached photos. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated
