Hello, I ordered the above latches after meaassuring but my eyesight isn't great and they are too wide. Please reference the 2nd photo which has a picture of what I am trying to replace above and Swisco PN 91-027 (91-026) below. The ones I am trying to replace are 1/8" (maybe 3/16) wide in the chann ... (cont.)

The metal piece on the latch broke to the slang glass door trying to find a new one to replace it. so far no one can identify them to manufacture. It looks like it's not made in the US. Would appreciate any help possible locating it so I can order a new one. Thank you for your help and time. ... (cont.)

Hi, The bottom sash itself is broken on my standard 32x52 double hung vinyl window. I cannot find any labels or identification marks as to the what window make or model is. I have no idea how to remove the sash from the metal spiral mechanisms on the sides and I don't want to cause additional dama ... (cont.)

Hello. I have some Simonton double-hung windows, and need replacement coil balance sets for both sides for 2 windows (4 assemblies in total). Each side of the window has 2 springs. The springs weigh 50g each. One spring has "4065" printed on it. I need appropriate replacement springs, bushings, pivo ... (cont.)

The pin is broken/worn and not able to open/close the window

Window was rotted out. Window rebuilt. Need replacement screen.

Lock has four screws and is 6 inches long

Hi there, This in an odd one. Some old windows. The sash balance is mounted on the side. We can not get any numbers off of it. The cords that pull the sash open are broken. There also seems to be some wire attached to the sash balance. Not sure where to start with this one....
