What parts do i need to replace this old coil balace?

Hi! My Truth casement operator and crank have come apart. The handle just fell out one day, it appears broken. The handle no longer opens or closes the window as it does not engage the gears. Does this mean I need to replace both parts or just the handle? The casement operator cover says Truth, whic ... (cont.)

Hello, There is a door, lower level side entrance. The home is 20 years old. As you can see from the pics, water is getting in between the storm door and the wood door due to the gap from the sweep and the 1/2" variance drop from one side to the other. Swisco,I need a few parts to replace on my windows. I need new pins to hold the screens in place. I also need the plastic curved plastic that holds the glass in place, it has dry rotted from the heat and age of the windows.
